First TV Appearance

Our classic thick cut cookies are now at the counter at Chatsworth. Freshly baked every day, be sure to pick up a few on your next visit on your strolls round the beautiful grounds.

We’re fortunate that we have an amazing relationship with the local University – and have been able to offer internship opportunities in creative and operational roles within the business. Bringing in new ideas and ways of working!

A New Chocolate Range is in The Works!

Our team of chocolate makers have been hard at work in developing a delicious new range of chocolate bars. The goal is to take our core Hallmark Milk & Dark chocolate bars, and pair them with a range of inclusions. Appropriately named the “Enriched” range – watch this space!

Our Tours Strike Gold – Winning a Travellers Choice Award!

We’re proud that our tours have been recognised on a national scale at the Trip Advisor awards. Picking up the 2022 Travellers Choice Award, our tour now features as one of their top 10 attractions in the UK.

Cocoa Liqueur Rebrand

Our cocoa nib liqueur has a change in name. It’s been rebranded to Bullirum. Same great taste, but with a new rebrand that celebrates hand drawn calligraphy and foiling, bringing out the gold in the Bullion brand.
