Hallmark is our current "house" origin. We select this origin seasonally, depending on the characteristic and flavour notes from each origin. For our Hallmark origin - we want classic, comforting chocolate tones that are accessible to all.

A single origin dark bar, made using only the finest beans from Three Mountains project in Ghana, Asante Akim.  This farm stretches out amongst the rolling hills in the heart of Ghana’s cacao growing region.

The Chocolate Box with the Gold Bow is so Beautiful & 70% Hallmark with Truly Excellent taste notes of Hazelnut & Caramel/Dried Fig is genuinely wonderful chocolate the rarer the Cacao the flavours on the palate are so inviting.
