Our delicious single-origin dark drinking chocolate is the perfect indulgence for a cold winter’s day and a firm favourite in our cafe. It's also fantastic for whipping up refreshing iced hot chocolate drinks.

Made with the same craft methods as our award-winning bars, this dark hot chocolate is simply ground down into a fine, flaked powder. Stir and whisk 3 heaped tablespoons of the good stuff into milk - you can use old fashioned man power, or the hot chocolate machines and milk frothers work a trick.

70% Dark Chocolate - a deeper, richer drink, perfect for those who want a classic cup of cocoa.

Hallmark is our current "house" origin. We select this origin seasonally, depending on the characteristic and flavour notes from each origin. For our Hallmark origin - we want classic, comforting chocolate tones that are accessible to all.
